Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting packages with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve any operational issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
