Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners to process inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and document discrepancies immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for local and regional distribution.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
