Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekend shift roles across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments via phone/video and in-person
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes for weekend assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary employees
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain accurate records
- Attend weekend job fairs and networking events to expand talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or industrial staffing a plus
