Responsibilities
- Manage staffing assignments for weekend shifts across 3-5 healthcare facilities
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure optimal coverage
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff including credential verification
- Handle real-time schedule adjustments based on facility needs
- Maintain compliance with healthcare staffing regulations
- Provide 24/7 weekend support via on-call rotation
- Generate weekly staffing performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare staffing or agency experience
- Valid Minnesota nursing license or CNA certification
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in staffing software (e.g., Kronos, StaffMatrix)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-10PM)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
