Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Manage high-volume scheduling for nurses, CNAs, and medical technicians during night shifts
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facility managers
- Resolve staffing emergencies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Track and analyze staffing metrics to optimize coverage and reduce costs
- Onboard new candidates for night shift positions and maintain talent pipeline
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure scheduling environments
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia healthcare landscape (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in ATS systems and scheduling software
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for facility visits
