Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Milwaukee's hospitality, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours to ensure seamless candidate placement
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance for weekend assignments
- Coordinate with client companies to understand weekend staffing needs and operational requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
