Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across diverse industries
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation in ATS systems
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure smooth weekend operations
- Source passive candidates through job boards and networking
- Conduct post-weekend performance reviews with clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Experience with high-volume staffing in Dallas market
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
