Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates during weekend shifts to match skills with client requirements
- Manage candidate profiles and update staffing database with accurate information
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers and clients via phone/email
- Conduct reference checks and preliminary background screenings
- Assist with onboarding processes for weekend-starting placements
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to maintain seamless staffing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if client travel required)
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
