- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Miami-Dade County
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Coordinate with client hiring managers to fulfill urgent staffing requests
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations for night work
- Document all staffing activities and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong knowledge of Miami's labor market and industry trends
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills with remote team members
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for Miami market
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
