- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Screen and qualify candidates through virtual interviews and assessments
- Process payroll and onboarding documentation for weekend staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24-hour response protocols
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate availability and job requirements
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend coverage efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or HR coordination experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
