Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for hospitality, retail, and event clients across Miami
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and skill assessments
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and last-minute coverage requests
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and weekend workers
- Process payroll documentation and compliance for weekend staff
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with occasional Friday evenings
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with hospitality/event staffing preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
