Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for Fortune 500 clients in LA's entertainment and tech sectors
- Screen and qualify candidates through virtual interviews within 48-hour turnaround windows
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance for weekend temporary staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies with real-time solutions during weekend shifts
- Maintain precise candidate database updates in ATS system
- Collaborate with branch managers to forecast weekend staffing demands
- Conduct post-weekend performance reviews with client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Ability to work autonomously during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Expertise in temporary labor compliance (DOL and CA state regulations)
- Exceptional communication skills for high-stakes client negotiations
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
