Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ manufacturing clients
- Process payroll and timesheets for 200+ night shift workers
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 30-minute SLA
- Conduct onboarding for new hires during evening hours
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports using proprietary software
- Build relationships with overnight supervisors at client sites
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or logistics coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Ohio labor laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
