- Conduct weekly performance reviews with temporary staff
- Collaborate with sales team to expand weekend service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
