Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations in Fresno
- Onboard and train temporary staff for weekend shifts
- Resolve urgent staffing issues within 2-hour response time
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and employees
- Process payroll and documentation for weekend assignments
- Implement weekend staffing optimization strategies
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or agency coordination experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Excellent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience with healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
