Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment or storage according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime or holidays as business needs arise.
- Basic computer literacy for time clocking and inventory systems.
