Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain the organization of physical files and digital databases.
- Collaborate with the full-time administrative team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid ID and legal right to work in the United States.
