Responsibilities

- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform light research and fact-checking for ongoing projects.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work 15-25 hours per week.
