This is a premium contract position requiring availability on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure our infrastructure remains operational 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues on weekends.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system maintenance, security patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the main IT team during peak transition periods to hand over critical information.
- Assist with user training and documentation updates as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A+ Certification or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- Ability to lift and move hardware equipment as required.
