Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend hours.
- Manage and resolve IT help desk tickets efficiently, prioritizing critical business needs.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security patches, and backups to ensure system integrity.
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting for office equipment, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT Support or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (Network+ preferred) is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues remotely and on-site.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical staff effectively.
- Reliable transportation required for occasional on-site visits in the Denver metro area.
