Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and AWS environments

Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend availability
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional on-site visits
