Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event check-in stations and information booths
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and signage
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Monitor attendance and manage ticket scanning systems
- Collaborate with venue staff and security teams
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to various Philadelphia venues
- Flexibility to work 6-8 hour shifts on weekends

- Must pass background check and attend mandatory training
