Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events (festivals, conferences, concerts)
- Manage attendee check-in and credential verification systems
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/teardown activities
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution
- Complete detailed incident reports and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Available for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) through December 2023
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Basic knowledge of event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
