Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and attendee management
- Coordinate VIP experiences and premium service stations
- Manage event flow and maintain venue aesthetics
- Operate specialized equipment (AV, lighting, staging) as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Resolve attendee inquiries with polished professionalism
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Basic tech proficiency (tablets, POS systems)
- Impeccable professional appearance
