Responsibilities
- Manage attendee registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide clear directional assistance and event information to guests
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with crowd control protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and barriers
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure venue safety standards
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- No prior event experience required – training provided
