Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification
- Direct attendees to venues and amenities
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest services and special requests
- Operate event technology systems (badge scanners, etc.)
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer literacy for badge scanning systems
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- 21+ preferred for alcohol service events
- Previous event/hospitality experience a plus
