Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, conventions, and private events
- Manage event setup/breakdown including tents, signage, and equipment
- Assist with crowd control and guest registration processes
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Handle cash transactions and vendor coordination as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
