Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to detailed specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and material distribution
- Operate basic event equipment (AV, lighting, registration systems)
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event setup best practices
- Flexibility to work occasional weekday events during peak seasons
