Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site logistics for weekend events (venue setup, vendor management, guest flow)
- Manage event staff schedules and real-time adjustments during shifts
- Execute safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with clients to ensure brand-aligned execution
- Conduct post-event debriefs and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality management experience
- Availability Saturdays & Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Tennessee state event security certification preferred
- Proficient in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
