Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Coordinate vendor load-in/out schedules and logistics
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Provide clear directions and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Support VIP guest services and special requests
- Collaborate with security and emergency response teams
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with professional appearance
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication apps
- Must pass background check and drug screening
