- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event venues
- Coordinate vendor setups and ensure operational readiness
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot logistical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and partners
- Maintain safety protocols and crowd management procedures
- Collaborate with venue staff and event teams
- Prepare post-event reports and inventory assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Proficient with digital event management tools
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule during peak event seasons
