Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to enterprise clients across the Dallas metroplex
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, system crashes, and security threats
- Deploy and configure new IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and cloud solutions
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate client support logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Conduct periodic system audits and implement preventative maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware and software conflicts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
