Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote hardware/software troubleshooting for 50+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticketing system
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty support
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN access
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional equipment transport
