Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure optimal workflow.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping manifests and quality checks, promptly.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to commit to a temporary schedule (e.g., 4-6 months).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
