Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and proper organization in the warehouse.
- Packaging & Shipping: Package items securely for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Data Entry: Update inventory logs and tracking systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and sorting items.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (typically 40 hours/week).
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting.
