Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete daily timesheets and documentation for prompt payment processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to North Columbus facility
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
