Responsibilities
- Package & Ship: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by following safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends if required.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
