Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper safety protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with certification
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
