Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and meeting shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in various environments including temperature-controlled zones.
