Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate warehouse scanners and handheld devices to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
