Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and accurately pack orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
