Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Load and unload trucks and freight utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
