Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
