Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Clean and organize workstations and aisles to optimize workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift (Shift times vary).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
