Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility
- Flexible availability including early morning shifts
