Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to daily requirements
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS system
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends if needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
