Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software experience a plus).
