Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno facility.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
