Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and stock levels.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte job site.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
