As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills necessary to succeed, making this an ideal entry-level position for those with no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly pack items for delivery, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
